Entry Checklist
- Completed entry form (online or downloadable)
- Copy of valid national ID or passport
- Valid driving licence — Class B minimum or tuktuk equivalent
- PSV Licence
- One passport-size photograph of the driver
- Copy of tuktuk registration certificate
- Third-party insurance certificate valid for event dates
- Signed indemnity / waiver form

Saturday 5 September, 09:00–16:00 at the Service Park, Mama Ngina Waterfront. Vehicle ID, safety equipment, mechanical safety and livery placement all checked.
Shakedown
Mandatory loop on Saturday 26 September, 10:00–12:00: Mapembeni → Mama Ngina Waterfront. Must be completed before the Final Drivers Briefing.
Fuel Regulations
Supplied by the event promoter at a designated fuel zone. Unleaded petrol / standard diesel only — modifications require written Chief Scrutineer approval.
